The History of Baking

This blog was created for my end of the year 11th grade english project. I was told I could research anything for this project. I chose to research the history of baking. The question I was searching to answer was: how has baking changed over the years? I found the answer to that question in my research. I found through articles, videos, my live interaction, my interview, and personal experience from my artistic responce that baking has definately changed over the years. It has come from the egyptians baking bread on a hot rock outside to baking in the oven. Baking has turned into an art form with all of the new styles of decorating. I have learned that it is not only important that baked goods taste good, but they have to look good too. I also learned that baking is hard, it takes time, and it takes patience.
